Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information AT Luxe Jewels collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect
When you shop with us or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Billing and shipping addresses
- Email address
- Phone number
- Order history and details of the items you buy
- Anything you choose to send us, such as emails or photos for a return
We collect only what we need to run the store and look after you.

- To process, ship and track your order
- To handle returns, refunds and exchanges

Payments
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe (including through WooPayments). Your card details go directly to the payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
Shipping
To deliver your order, we share your name, shipping address and, where needed, your phone number and email with Canada Post and the shipping software we use to create labels and tracking.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your session and keep checkout secure. We may also use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site, such as which pages are viewed and how people find us. This helps us improve the store. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, like the cart and checkout, may not work without them.
Newsletter
We’ll only send you marketing emails if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, such as our payment provider, shipping carrier, shipping software, website host and email tools, and only as needed for them to do their job. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep other information only as long as it’s useful for the purpose it was collected, then delete it.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure checkout and limited access to customer data.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that’s wrong or out of date
- Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
- Withdraw your consent to marketing emails
