Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Checkout is secure, and we never see or store your full card details.
What currency are your prices in?
Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). GST/HST is added at checkout based on the province you’re shipping to.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on Canadian orders over $75 CAD. For smaller orders, and for US and international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
When will my order arrive?
We process and ship orders within 1–2 business days from Ontario, using Canada Post with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days in Canada, 5–10 business days to the USA, and 7–20 business days internationally. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. We ship to the USA and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any duties or import taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7 business days, email us. We’ll work with Canada Post to sort it out.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Can I return earrings?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can’t be returned unless they’re faulty.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us with your order number and we’ll guide you through it. Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
My item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. What now?
We’re sorry. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost.
Product & Care
What are your pieces made of?
Our jewellery is sterling silver.
Will my silver tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. That’s normal, and it’s easy to bring back the shine with a soft polishing cloth. See our Jewellery Care guide.
Can I wear my jewellery in the shower or pool?
We recommend taking it off before swimming, showering or exercising. Water, chlorine, sweat, perfume and lotion all speed up tarnish.
